Returns and Exchanges

Can I Return/Exchange?
Yes. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order you may return it for a refund or store credit. If your item is received outside of this timeframe no returns will be accepted.
On receipt and inspection of your returned item we will be happy to offer you a full refund or store credit to use at a future date.

Sale Items
We do not offer refunds on sale items however we are happy to issue a store credit for items purchased on sale.

Exchanges
Due to the nature of our smaller production runs and high turnover of stock, we are unable to offer a traditional exchange service.

If you would like order another size or colour you have the option of reordering through the website with a store credit that will be issued upon receipt of your return item or alternatively to avoid missing out you can immediately reorder through our website and await a full refund on the return of your item to us. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer but understand it can be tricky ordering online. That is why we will be happy to cover free return postage for “exchange” of size and colour as prearranged with us for up to 2 x exchanges so we can help you find your perfect fit. Free postage will only apply in relation to the original order number placed.

Refunds and credits will be issued upon the receipt and satisfactory inspection of your item back into our warehouse.

Shipping costs are not refundable and the return cost of shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure you use a trackable method of shipping to return your item as Seafox Swimwear cannot be responsible for return items that have been lost in the mail – thank you ??

Our return process can begin by submitting a return request to returns@seafoxswimwear.com. Please include your order number and reason for requesting return.


Condition of Returned Items
All items to be returned for resale must be in their original condition of receipt including all swing tags unremoved. Items cannot have been washed, worn (other than to try on) or have any other marks or blemishes that would prevent their resale.



Shipping Info

Shipping Within Australia
Free shipping applies to all domestic Australian orders with no minimum order requirement.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes. We offer flat fee international shipping of $15.00.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We use Sendle shipping services for all national and international orders. One you have placed your order a order and tracking notification will be sent to your email back so you can track your order all the way to your door.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Due to the effect of COVID-19 on shipping services both nationally and internationally, shipping times are currently delayed from normal estimated delivery times. We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. All orders are typically shipped same or next business day and online tracking is available to keep a track of your order. With current delays please allow up to 14 days for the delivery of your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?
You will need to sign up for an account to place an order which will also act as an order history. All information collected for account purposes will remain private and confidential. If you do not wish to sign up for an account, please contact us through our contact page to place an order over email or phone.
